摘 要:为了解安徽省亳州市西淝河和茨淮新河流域地表水环境中可溶态重(类)金属元素的污染水平,于2022年夏季对西淝河和茨淮新河水体进行采集,并对Cd、Cr、Pb、V、As、Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn含量进行了测试分析.结果显示,各元素浓度均值从大到小为:Fe>As>V>Mn>Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd.V、As和Fe在西淝河亳州市断面的浓度均值最高,而Cd、Pb、Mn、Cu和Zn在茨淮新河薛集大桥断面的浓度均值最高.水质污染分析结果表明,As是研究区的重(类)金属首要污染元素.Pearson相关性分析和主成分分析表明,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn的主要来源为人为工业生产活动和船舶运输,V、As、Fe、Mn为人类农业活动和短期清淤工作共同影响的结果.As和Cd是该流域生态风险的主要贡献因子.健康风险评估结果显示,As是研究区地表水水体中主要的致癌污染因子,且儿童作为饮水暴露途径的敏感受体更需要受到关注.Pollution levels of dissolved metal(loid)s in the surface water environment of Xifei River and Cihuaixin River basin in Bozhou City,exceeds the limit of a permissible level.These toxic metals are very toxic and have some lethal effects on soil,water and as well as human health.Therefore,in order to test this toxicity of metals some water samples were collected from Xifei River and Cihuaixin River in the summer of 2022,and the content of dissolved trace heavy metal(loid)s cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr),lead(Pb),vanadium(V),arsenic(As),iron(Fe),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn)were tested.Hence,the order of the average mass concentration of each element as followed:Fe>As>V>Mn>Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd.However,our results reveaed that the average mass concentration of V,As and Fe was the highest in Bozhou section of Xifei River,and the average mass concentration of Cd,Pb,Mn,Cu and Zn was the highest in Xueji Bridge section of Cihuaixin River.Additionally,the waters quality pollution analysis indicated that As is the major contaminating element in the research basin.Moreover,the major source and origin of these metal(loid)s based on their Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis,showed that Cd,Pb,Cu and Zn originates from anthropogenic industrial production activities and ship transportation,while the sources of V,As,Fe and Mn may be both anthropogenic agricultural activities and short-term dredging work.Whereas,As and Cd were concluded as the major ecological risk factors in the basin.Our results showed that the health risk evaluation caused by As were the principal carcinogenic contaminant in the water of the study area,and children,as sensitive receptors,need more focused attention on the drinking water exposure route.
