摘 要:垃圾焚烧炉渣中的氯是影响其资源化利用的关键因素,然而,目前对焚烧过程炉渣中氯存在特性及影响机制尚无明确认识.本研究聚焦垃圾焚烧过程,通过实验室小型焚烧炉模拟村镇可燃垃圾分散式焚烧,研究了不同焚烧工况下,焚烧炉渣样品形态及粒度分布、氯迁移行为以及氯存在特性.结果表明,提高入炉垃圾中塑料、木竹及焚烧温度有助于炉渣中氯向非水溶性氯的转变,而纸类、织物的添加对炉渣中水溶性氯和非水溶性氯占比的影响不明显.本研究可为炉渣中氯污染的源头调控奠定理论基础.Understanding the presence and mechanisms of chlorine in waste incineration bottom slag is vital for optimizing its resource utilization.However,a comprehensive understanding of chlorine’s characteristics and influencing mechanisms in the incineration bottom slag remains elusive.this study focued on the waste incineration process,conducting laboratory-scale incineration experiments to simulate the incineration of combustible waste in villages and towns.The morphology and particle size distribution of the incineration bottom slag samples,as well as the migration behavior and characteristics of chlorine,were investigated under different incineration conditions.The results showed that increasing the content of plastics,wood/bamboo,along with the incineration temperature,fostered the transformation of chlorine into un-soluble chlorine forms within the slag.Conversely,The addition of paper and fabric had minimal effects on the water-soluble and un-soluble chlorine proportions in the slag.This study provides a theoretical basis for controlling the source of chlorine pollution in incineration bottom slag.These insights offer a theoretical foundation for managing chlorine pollution sources in waste incineration bottom slag,aiding in pollution control strategies.
