摘　　要：一贯煎是中医经典方剂之一,但未见文献分析报道。此文采用布拉德福文献离散律计量分析方法,通过“维普中文科技期刊数据库”搜索1987年—2020年研究一贯煎的相关文献,对文献的发表年代、文献类型,文献研究的疾病分布及药理实验分布方面进行分析统计,梳理一贯煎的文献研究趋势,发现其研究热点与盲点,找出不足,提出合理化建议,希望能帮助后人更好地学习、应用和研究这一经典方剂。Yiguan decoction is one of the classic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.However,literature analysis has not been reported.This article used analytical research method by Bradford’s law of dispersion.Based on the documents of Yiguan decoc-tion original data from the VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database published from 1987 to 2020.The main statistical analysis content is from the age and type of literature,the distribution of diseases in literature research and pharmacological experi-ments.The authors want to sort out the literature research trend of Yiguan decoction,discovered its research hotspots and blind spots,found out the shortcomings and put forward reasonable suggestions.The authors hope it will help future generations to better under-stand the application and research of this classic prescription.
