摘　　要：文章列举两则医案,系统地论述了祖师麻注射液穴位注射联合浮针疗法在腰椎间盘突出症中的具体运用,并以中医经络辨证为指导,分别列举了足太阳经和足少阳经两种不同类型的腰椎间盘突出症的治疗。借此阐述了二者的中西医理论依据及相关现代研究,创造性地将中医经络腧穴理论与浮针的患肌理论相结合。两种方法联合运用,操作简便、效果显著,突出了两种疗法不同于常规治疗的鲜明特色,值得临床推广运用。This article listed two medical cases,systematically discussed the specific application of acupoint injection of Zushima injection combined with floating needle therapy in lumbar disc herniation,and listed two different types of treatment of lumbar disc herniation with the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine meridian differentiation.This paper expounded the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and related modern research,creatively combined the theory of meridians and acupoints of traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of the affected muscle of floating needles.The combined application of the two methods is simple and effective,which highlights the distinct characteristics of the two therapies different from the conventional treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
