摘　　要：目的 探讨南宁市中医医院临床治疗中风的内服中药用药特点。方法 选择南宁市中医医院脑内科中风高发季,中风1号方和眩晕1号方中各饮片的使用频次作为研究数据,在药物分类的基础上分析治疗中风的内服中药用药特点。结果在中风药物的运用方面,补虚药的使用频次最高,化湿药的使用频次最低。结论 内服中药治疗中风有以补虚药、平肝息风药、活血化瘀药、化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药、理气药为主组成药方的特点。Objective To explore the medication characteristics of oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplexy in Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The study data of the frequency of use of decoction pieces in stroke No.1 recipe and vertigo No.1 recipe in the high stroke season of Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to analyze the characteristics of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplexy based on drug classification.Results In the application of apoplectic drugs,the use frequency of tonifying deficiency drugs was the highest,and the use frequency of dispelling dampness drugs was the lowest.Conclusion The medication characteristics of oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of apoplectic are mainly composed of tonifying deficiency,calming liver and calming wind,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,improving water and dampness,and regulating qi.
