六孔灸盒灸法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床研究

摘　　要：目的 观察六孔灸盒灸法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床效果和安全性。方法 将40例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用六孔灸盒灸法治疗。观察两组治疗前后呼吸困难评分及末梢血氧浓度的变化情况,并监测不良反应。结果 治疗组治疗前后呼吸困难评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后呼吸困难评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组呼吸困难评分差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后末梢血氧浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后血氧浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后末梢血氧浓度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 六孔灸盒灸法治疗AECOPD安全有效,并可以改善患者呼吸困难、提高末梢血氧浓度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of six-hole moxibustion box therapy for acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD).Methods Forty patients with thoracic facet joint disorder were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with six-hole moxibustion box therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes of dyspnea score and peripheral blood oxygen concentration were observed before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were monitored.Results There was significant difference in dyspnea score between the treatment group and the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in dyspnea score between the control group and before treatment(P>0.05).The difference of dyspnea score between the treatment group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in peripheral blood oxygen concentration between the treatment group and the same group before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in blood oxygen concentration between the control group and before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference in peripheral blood oxygen concentration between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Six-hole moxibustion box therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of AECOPD.
