中药汤剂联合针刺治疗盆底松弛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究自拟中药汤剂联合针刺疗法对盆底松弛综合征的临床效果。方法 选取烟台市蓬莱中医医院2020年3月—2021年5月收治的盆底松弛综合征患者60例作为研究对象,根据在院期间治疗方式的不同,分为研究组30例和传统组30例;研究组予自拟中药汤剂联合针刺治疗,传统组予常规治疗。分析两组患者治疗效果、诺丁汉健康量表(NHP)评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于传统组患者的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的各项NHP评分均明显高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予盆底松弛综合征患者中药汤剂联合针刺疗法,可以有效提高治疗效果,提升患者生活质量。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of self-made Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome admitted to Yantai Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods during the hospital,they were divided into study group(30 cases) and traditional group(30 cases).The study group was given self-prepared Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture treatment,and the traditional group was given conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect and Nottingham Health Scale(NHP) score of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(83.33%,25/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NHP scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.
