中药热敷联合按摩在产后乳房胀痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察中药热敷联合乳房乳液按摩在产后乳房胀痛中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年3月收治的106例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组53例。对照组给予常规乳房护理,试验组给予自制中药热敷联合乳房乳液按摩;比较两组产妇乳腺管疏通情况、乳汁分泌情况、乳房胀痛程度、产后42 d的纯母乳喂养率。结果试验组乳腺管总通畅率、乳汁分泌情况优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组乳房胀痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组纯母乳喂养率88.68%(47/53)高于对照组的64.15%(34/53)(P<0.05)。结论 中药热敷联合乳房乳液按摩治疗产后乳房胀痛,有利于疏通乳腺管,缓解胀痛程度,促进乳汁分泌,提高母乳喂养率,值得临床应用推广。Objective To observe the application effect of Chinese medicine hot compress combined with breast emulsion massage on postpartum breast distending pain.Methods A total of 106 parturients admitted from July 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional breast care,and the experimental group was given Chinese medicine hot compress combined with breast emulsion massage.The dredging of mammary ducts,the secretion of milk,the degree of breast tenderness and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding on 42 days after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The total patency rate of breast duct and milk secretion of experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of breast tenderness in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in experimental group was 88.68%(47/53),which was higher than that in control group(64.15%,34/53)(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot compress combined with breast emulsion massage can dredge the breast duct,promote milk secretion,relieve postpartum breast tenderness,and improve the rate of breastfeeding,which is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
