摘 要:目的:研究对大鼠前列腺增生造模特点与指标特征,为提高实验造模效率和科学评价药物防治的价值提供参考及依据。方法:于国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)收集2001年1月至2023年2月研究大鼠前列腺增生动物模型文献共计228篇,录入动物模型造模动物类型、造模药、阳性对照药、受试药、药物给药时间、给药剂量、给药方式及部位、评价指标和测试指标等信息,进行统计与分析。结果:推荐选取SD雄性大鼠,造模方案为切除大鼠双侧睾丸,连续30 d腹腔注射丙酸睾酮3~5 mg/kg,1次/d;常见指标:组织生化指标、血清生化指标、前列腺组织病理学指标等。治疗药物以非那雄胺为主,常用中药复方为仙甲汤、隆畅胶囊以及加味桂枝茯苓颗粒等,给药周期均为30 d左右。结论:通过分析讨论可得出,高效准确的造模方式对前列腺增生动物模型成模及治疗具有一定的参考意义。Objective:To study the modeling characteristics and index characteristics of benign prostatic hyperplasia in rats,and to provide reference and basis for the improvement of the efficiency of experimental modeling and scientific evaluation of drug prevention and treatment.Methods:A total of 228 literatures on animal models of benign prostatic hyperplasia in rats from January 2001 to February 2023 were collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database.The information of animal type,modeling drug,positive control drug,test drug,drug administration time,dosage,administration method and site,evaluation index and test index were recorded and analyzed.Results:It is recommended to select SD male rats.The modeling scheme is to remove the bilateral testes of rats and inject testosterone propionate 3 to 5 mg/kg intraperitoneally for 30 days,once a day.Common indicators include tissue biochemical indicators,serum biochemical indicators,prostate histopathological indicators,and so on.Finasteride is the main therapeutic drug.The commonly used traditional Chinese medicine compounds are Xianjia decoction,Longchang capsule and Jiawei Guizhi Fuling granule.The administration period is about 30 days.Conclusion:Through analysis and discussion,it can be concluded that the efficient and accurate modeling method is of significance for the modeling and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in animals.
