我国出版政策研究的科学知识图谱分析

摘　　要：为实现新发展阶段出版业数字化转型及高质量发展,有必要对出版政策研究进行系统梳理,奠定完善出版政策的理论基础。利用CiteSpace绘制研究图谱,结合文献阅读与内容分析法,挖掘出版政策研究的期刊分布、高产作者、研究机构及其合作关系,根据关键词共现及聚类分析出版政策研究的热点,并探寻未来的研究态势。研究发现,2000—2023年,研究者们遵循政策是否能够解决问题,达成政策目标的逻辑思路,对具体类型的出版产业政策进行了政策效果的检视及优化路径的探寻,由此形成了包括“数字出版”“数据出版”“融合发展”等为主题的出版政策研究热点及研究前沿。结合我国出版业发展的时代背景及现实状况,技术与出版融合发展、科研数据共享背景下的数据期刊出版政策、中国出版“走出去”的数字化及本土化的政策设计等,是今后出版政策研究的主要方向及趋势。In order to achieve the digital transformation and high-quality development of the publishing industry in the new development stage,it is necessary to review the research on publishing policies and lay a theoretical foundation for improving publishing policies.This paper explores the distribution of journals,high-yield authors,research institutions,and their cooperative relationships in publishing policy research by using Cite Space to construct research maps,combined with literature review and content analysis methods.Based on keyword co-occurrence and clustering,the paper examines hotspots of publishing policy research and future research trends.The study has found that from 2000 to 2023,researchers conducted reviews of policy effects and explorations of optimization paths for specific types of publishing industry policies,following the logical thinking of whether policies can solve problems and achieve policy goals.As a result,publishing policy research hotspots and frontiers have included digital publishing,data publishing,integrated development,etc.The main directions and trends of future publishing policy research will likely be the integration of technology and publishing,the publication policy of data journals and the policy design of China's going global,etc.
