《备急千金要方》关于特殊人群的经方化裁探析

摘　　要：《备急千金要方》保存了很多经方内容,这些经方一部分以原文形式抄录,另一部分则是孙思邈根据临床实际加减化裁而成。总结孙思邈对妇人、小儿、老人三类特殊人群经方化裁的规律,发现孙思邈根据妇人经带胎产、小儿脏腑柔弱、老人体质衰弱的生理现象和小儿病理容易转化、老人发病重笃的病理特点,调整治疗方法,具体的做法可以分为未孕妇人用药注重气血、妊娠妇人用药遵循禁忌、小儿用药平和无毒、老人用药平衡补泻。Essential Recipes for Emergent Use Worth A Thousand Gold contains many classic formulas,some of which were transcribed in the original form,and more were added and subtracted by SUN Simiao accord⁃ing to the clinical practice.By summarizing the regularities of SUN Simiao in modifying classic formulas for women,children and the elderly,it was found that SUN Simiao adjusted the treatment methods accord⁃ing to the physiological phenomenon of women with childbirth,pediatric deficient zang-fu organs,the elderly’s weak constitution,and the pathological characteristics of variable pediatric pathology and the elderly’s se⁃vere disease.The specific practices can be divided into:medication focusing on qi and blood for nonpregnant women,medication following the taboos for pregnant women,mild and non-toxic medication for children,and medication with balanced tonifying and reducing for the elderly.
