摘　　要：为了增强钢结构防火涂料的防火和抑烟性能,以环氧树脂(EP)/聚酰胺树脂(PA)体系作为成膜聚合物制备膨胀型钢结构防火涂料,通过锥形量热仪、烟密度仪、热重分析仪(TG)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等系统研究了EP/PA配比对膨胀型钢结构防火涂料防火和抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:钢结构防火涂料的防火和抑烟性能与EP/PA成膜聚合物体系的配比密切相关,m(EP)∶m(PA)=3∶2时所制备的涂层在燃烧过程中形成更多的含磷交联结构,表现出最佳的防火、抑烟和成炭效果,在800℃时的残炭率达到27.7%,最大比光密度低至172.4,其保护下钢板背温达到300℃所需时间为1570 s。In order to enhance the fire and smoke suppression properties of fire retardant coatings for steel structure,the epoxy resin(EP)/polyamide resin(PA)system was used as the film-forming polymer to prepare intumescent fire retardant coatings.The effects and regularities of EP/PA ratio on the fire and smoke suppression properties of the intumescent fire retardant coatings for steel structure were systematically analyzed by cone heater,smoke density tester,thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the fire and smoke suppression properties were closed related to the ratio of EP/PA.When the mass ratio of EP/PA was 3∶2,the obtained coating could form more phosphorus-containing cross-linking structures during combustion,showing optimal fire,smoke suppression and char formation effects.The residual carbon rate of the coating at 800℃reached to 27.7%,the maximum specific optical density was as low as 172.4,and the backside temperature of the coated steel to reach 300℃was 1570.
