摘 要:探究了不同浓度有效微生物群(EM)和不同基质对红栎容器苗生长及土壤理化性质的影响,以筛选出最合理的施肥方案。以红栎1年生容器苗为实验材料,分别在黄心土(S)、菇渣与黄心土(M)(体积比1∶4)的混合基质内施用不同浓度的EM,另设珍珠岩与黄心土(P)(体积比1∶4)的混合基质内不施EM以及黄心土施复合肥的处理,分别在6-10月份的每月10日测定其苗高、地径、生物量,于10月10日后测定土壤的理化性状等指标。结果表明:各处理均对红栎1年生容器苗的生长有促进作用,以菇渣和黄心土混合,EM稀释倍数为50时(处理M_(4))生长量达到最大,到10月份时,苗高、地径、总鲜重、总干重分别达到38.86 cm、5.77 mm、54.08 g、28.88 g,分别较S_(1)提高了48.66%、40.39%、81.35%、71.80%;所有施EM的处理中,除S_(2)、S_(3)、S_(4)的速效磷、S_(2)、M_(3)的pH值外,其余指标均与S_(1)有显著差异。黄心土(S处理)和菇渣混合基质(M处理)均是在施用EM浓度最高时理化性状整体效果最好,且M_(4)效果优于S_(4),两者的效果也优于其他任何不施EM的效果。本试验以菇渣与黄心土混合,EM稀释倍数为50(M_(4))最有利于红栎幼苗生长发育,为红栎一年生容器苗最佳施肥处理。The effects of different concentrations and substrates of EM fertilizer on the growth of container seedlings and soil physical and chemical properties of Quercus rubra L.were investigated in order to screen out the most reasonable fertilization program.Quercus rubra L.annual container seedlings were used as the experimental material,and different concentrations of effective microbial flora(EM)were applied in the mixed substrate of yellow heart soil(S)and mushroom residue and yellow heart soil(M)(1∶4 by volume).The other treatments of perlite and yellow heart soil(P)(1∶4 by volume)without EM and yellow heart soil with compound fertilizer were set up,and the seedling height,diameter and biomass were measured on the 10th of each month from June to October,respectively.The seedling height,diameter,and biomass were measured on the 10th of each month from June to October,and the physicochemical properties of the soil were measured after the 10th of October.Each treatment promoted the growth of annual container seedlings of Quercus rubra L.When the EM dilution ratio was 50(treatment M_(4)),the growth reached the maximum.By October,the seedling height,ground diameter,total fresh weight and total dry weight reached 38.86cm,5.77mm,54.08g and 28.88g,respectively.Compared with CK,they increased by 48.6%,40.4%,81.3%and 71.1%,respectively.In all EM treatments,except for the available phosphorus of S_(2),S_(3) and S_(4),pH of S_(2) and M_(3),other indexes were significantly different from CK.The physicochemical properties of yellow heart soil(S treatment)and mushroom residue mixed substrate(M treatment)were the best when EM was applied at the highest concentration.The effect of M_(4) was better than that of S_(4),and the effect of both was better than any other effect without EM.In this experiment,the mixture of mushroom residue and yellow heart soil,the dilution ratio of EM fertilizer is 50(M_(4)),which is the best fertilization treatment for the growth and development of Quercus rubra L.seedlings.
