生血宝合剂对妊娠期贫血孕妇红细胞指标及铁代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生血宝合剂对妊娠期贫血孕妇红细胞指标及铁代谢指标的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的93例妊娠期贫血孕妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)与研究组(46例);对照组予常规治疗,研究组基于常规治疗予生血宝合剂治疗;对比两组疗效、红细胞指标、铁代谢指标、妊娠结局及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周,研究组血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)、血清铁(SI)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良妊娠结局、不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生血宝合剂治疗妊娠期贫血孕妇效果较好,可改善红细胞与铁代谢指标,且安全性好。Objective To explore the effect of shengxuebao mixture on red blood cell indexes and iron metabolism indexes in pregnant women with anemia in pregnancy.Methods A total of 93 pregnant women with anemia in pregnancy admitted to General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(46 cases)according to the method of randomized numerical table;the control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given shengxuebao mixture based on the conventional treatment;the efficacy,erythrocyte indexes,iron metabolism indexes,pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),transferin saturation(TSAT),serum iron(SI),and serum ferritin(SF)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the adverse pregnancy outcomes and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shengxuebao mixture has a better effect in treating pregnant women with anemia in pregnancy,which can improve the indexes of erythrocyte and iron metabolism,and has a good safety.
