正清风痛宁注射液透药与穴位注射结合PNF治疗颈椎病的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究颈椎病患者采用正清风痛宁注射液透药与穴位注射结合神经肌肉本体感觉促进(PNF)治疗的近期效果。方法选取景德镇市第二人民医院2020年7月至2022年9月收治的60例颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组(30例)及对照组(30例),对照组患者采用PNF治疗,研究组患者采用PNF+正清风痛宁注射液透药+穴位注射治疗,均治疗2个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、疼痛评分(VAS)、颈椎功能评分(JOA)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组治疗后VAS、NDI评分均较低,JOA及SF-36各项评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者采用正清风痛宁注射液透药+穴位注射+PNF治疗效果显著,能够明显减轻患者疼痛感,改善颈椎功能和生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of zhengqing fengtongning injection combined with acupoint injection and neuromuscular proprioceptive promotion(PNF)in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Jingdezhen Second People's Hospital from July 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with PNF,while patients in the study group were treated with PNF+zhengqing fengtongning injection and acupoint injection.All patients were treated for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,pain score(VAS),cervical spine function score(JOA),cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)and quality of life score(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS and NDI scores were lower in the study group after treatment,and JOA and SF-36 scores were higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of zhengqing fengtongning injection+acupoint injection+PNF in patients with cervical spondylosis is significant,which can significantly reduce the pain of patients,improve the function of cervical spine and quality of life,and is worthy of popularization and application.
