摘　　要：藿香正气水是一种由十味中药组成的中药复方制剂,其组方来源于传统经典名方藿香正气散,化学成分复杂,具有抑菌、止痛、解痉等作用,临床上常用于对胃肠型感冒、腹泻、皮肤病、产后胀气等症状的治疗,有较好的疗效。现概述藿香正气水的处方组成、化学成分、药理作用和临床应用,旨在为其进一步的开发和质量标准的提升与完善提供一定的参考依据。Huoxiang zhengqi shui is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation composed of ten flavors of traditional Chinese medicines.Its formula is derived from the classic Chinese medicine huoxiang zhengqi san.With complex chemical components,it has antibacterial,analgesic and spasmolysis functions,and is often used in the treatment of gastrointestinal colds,diarrhea,skin diseases,postpartum flatulence and other diseases.By reviewing the literature,this article summarizes the prescription composition,chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application of huoxiang zhengqi shui,for the purpose of providing a certain reference and basis for its further development and research on the improvement of quality standards.
