混合痔术后应用金玄痔科熏洗散效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察混合痔术后应用金玄痔科熏洗散的效果。方法:95例分为两组,两组术后均常规抗感染治疗,对照组45例术后加用高猛酸钾液熏洗,观察组50例术后加用金玄痔科熏洗散。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组VAS、水肿评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组CRP、IL-6水平较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组不良反应总发生率(4.00%)显著低于对照组不良反应总发生率(17.78%)(P<0.05)。结论:金玄痔科熏洗散可更好缓解混合痔术后疼痛、水肿,降低炎性反应,促进创面愈合及术后恢复,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation and Washing Powder on mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:Ninety-five cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine anti-infection after operation.45 cases in the control group were treated with potassium permanganate solution with fumigation and washing after operation while 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Jinxuan Zhike fumigation and washing powder after operation.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and edema scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation and Washing Powder could better relieve postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids,reduce inflammatory reaction and promote wound healing and postoperative recovery,with safety.
