摘　　要：目的:观察消白汤联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风气滞血瘀证的疗效。方法:96例随机分为对照组和观察组各48例,两组均给予308nm准分子光治疗,观察组加用消白汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组证候积分(主症、次症、舌象、总分),VASI评分,促炎因子(IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-α)均降低(P<0.05)且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白斑复色疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消白汤联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风气滞血瘀证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaobai Decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of stable vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with 308 nm excimer light,and the observation group were treated with Xiaobai Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,the syndrome scores(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue manifestation,total scores),VASI scores,pro-inflammatory factors(IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α)of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of repigmentation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaobai Decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light is effective in the treatment of stable vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
