除湿解毒汤辅治大疱性类天疱疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿解毒汤辅治大疱性类天疱疮的疗效。方法:96例随机分为对照组47例与观察组49例。两组均用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组加用除湿解毒汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(Eosinophils,EOS%)、血清总IgE、激素剂量、皮损面积、BPDAI评分及炎性因子C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及白介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除湿解毒汤辅治大疱性类天疱疮疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chushi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).Both groups were treated with glucocorticoid and the observation group were treated with Chushi Jiedu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of eosinophils(EOS%),serum total IgE,hormone dose,skin lesion area,BPDAI score and levels of inflammatory factors C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the two groups decreased and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chushi Jiedu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.
