改进型胚胎冷冻存放方法对胚胎解冻的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨改进型胚胎冷冻存放方法对胚胎解冻的影响.方法 纳入赣州市妇幼保健院生殖与遗传科2014年6月-2020年6月收治的600例胚胎移植患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,所有患者均行玻璃化冷冻,依据冷冻胚胎后储存方法差异分为改进型支架组(n=300)和传统型支架组(n=300).改进型支架组使用侧边开口的塑料支架存放载杆,传统型支架组采用铝支架加塑料套管存放载杆.比较两组胚胎解冻存活率、移植周期妊娠率、胚胎种植率、胚胎着床率、流产率、活产率、液氮罐空间利用率、胚胎拿取时间.结果 与传统型支架组比较,改进型支架组胚胎解冻存活率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组胚胎种植率、胚胎着床率、流产率、活产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).与传统型支架组比较,改进型支架组移植周期妊娠率显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组胚胎位置准确率无明显差别,与传统型支架组比较,改进型支架组液氮罐空间利用率显著提高、胚胎拿取时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改进型胚胎冷冻存放方法用于胚胎解冻患者,在操作过程中能改善妊娠结局,提高工作效率,对于减少医疗差错具有明显的优势.Objective To explore the effect of improved embryo cryopreservation methods on embryo thawing.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 600 embryo transfer patients admitted to the Reproductive and Genetic Department of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2014 to June 2020.All patients underwent vitrification freezing and were divided into an improved stent group(n=300)and a traditional stent group(n=300)based on differences in the storage methods of frozen embryos.The improved bracket group uses plastic brackets with side openings to store the load rods,while the traditional bracket group uses aluminum brackets and plastic sleeves to store the load rods.Compare the thawing survival rate,transfer cycle pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,embryo implantation rate,miscarriage rate,live birth rate,liquid nitrogen tank space utilization rate,and embryo retrieval time between two groups.Results Compared with the traditional stent group,the thawing survival rate of embryos in the improved stent group was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of embryo implantation rate,embryo implantation rate,miscarriage rate,and live birth rate.Compared with the traditional stent group,the improved stent group significantly increased the pregnancy rate during the transplantation cycle,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the accuracy of embryo position between the two groups.Compared with the traditional stent group,the improved stent group significantly improved the utilization of liquid nitrogen tank space and significantly reduced embryo retrieval time,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved embryo cryopreservation method is used for embryo thawing patients,which improves pregnancy outcomes and work efficiency during the operation process,and has significant a
