头孢克肟联合蒙脱石散剂治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨头孢克肟联合蒙脱石散剂治疗小儿细菌性肠炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年7月-2023年7月深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院180例小儿细菌性肠炎患儿分为两组,对照组选择头孢克肟颗粒治疗,研究组选择头孢克肟颗粒联合蒙脱石散剂治疗.比较两组治疗有效率、肠道菌群失调程度及不良反应发生率.结果 与对照组比较,研究组的治疗有效率更高(P<0.05);研究组的肠道菌群失调程度恢复更好(P<0.05);两组间腹胀、呕吐、皮疹、嗜睡等不良反应发生率对比,无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 小儿细菌性肠炎应用头孢克肟联合蒙脱石散剂治疗,相较于单纯应用头孢克肟颗粒治疗,临床疗效更显著,且患儿肠道菌群失调程度可得到更好地调节,不会显著增加患儿不良反应,安全性较好,值得推广应用.Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of cefixime combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric bacterial enteritis.Method 180 children with bacterial enteritis in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with cefixime granules,while the study group was treated with cefixime granules combined with montmorillonite powder.Compare the effectiveness of treatment,the degree of intestinal microbiota imbalance,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate(P<0.05);the degree of intestinal microbiota imbalance in the research group recovered better(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as abdominal distension,vomiting,rash,and drowsiness between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of cefixime combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric bacterial enteritis,compared to the single use of cefixime granules,the clinical efficacy is more excellent,and can better regulate the degree of intestinal microbiota imbalance in children,does not significantly increase adverse reactions in children,has good safety,and is worth promoting and applying.
