精细化管理在社区高血压患者中的价值

摘　　要：目的 探析精细化管理在社区高血压患者中的价值.方法 以2020年8月为研究起始时间,以2022年8月为研究结束时间,选取此时绍兴市中心医院医共体华舍分院收治的社区高血压患者106例作为研究对象,遵照随机抽样分组法分为传统、实践两组,每组53例,前一组实施传统化管理,后一组实施精细化管理.分析两组管理前和管理后的健康知识掌握水平、生活质量、血压维持状况、用药配合率、管理满意率的差异性.结果 管理前,两组的健康知识掌握水平、生活质量、血压维持状况比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05).经过管理后,实践组的健康知识掌握水平、生活质量均高于传统组(P<0.05);实践组的血压维持状况好于传统组(P<0.05);实践组的用药配合率高于传统组(P<0.05);实践组的管理满意率高于传统组(P<0.05).结论 将精细化管理运用在社区高血压患者的服务中,可拓展患者健康知识,将血压控制在理想范围,提高用药配合率,增强管理服务质量,值得参考使用.Objective To explore the value of fine management in patients with hypertension in the community.Methods Taking August 2020 as the starting time and August 2022 as the end time of the study,106 patients with community hypertension admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups,traditional and practical,with 53 cases each group,the former group implementing traditional management and the latter group implementing fine management.The differences in health knowledge mastery,quality of life,blood pressure maintenance,medication coordination rate,and management satisfaction rate between the two groups before and after management were analyzed.Results Before management,the two groups were statistically insignificant in terms of health knowledge mastery,quality of life,and blood pressure maintenance(P>0.05).After management,the health knowledge and quality of life of the practice group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05),the blood pressure maintenance status of the practice group was better than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),the medication coordination rate of the practice group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05),and the management satisfaction rate of the practice group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in the service of hypertensive patients in the community can expand the health knowledge of patients,control blood pressure in the ideal range,improve the drug coordination rate,and enhance the quality of management services,which is worthy of reference.
