初产妇中应用分娩球与自由体位助产护理的临床干预评价

摘　　要：目的 评价初产妇分娩时应用分娩球与自由体位助产护理的临床干预效果.方法 选取2022年7月-2023年7月期间天津市东丽区东丽医院收治的140例初产妇作为研究对象,使用抽签分组法随机将产妇分成两组,即研究组和对照组,每组70例患者,对照组予以常规助产护理,研究组予以分娩球结合自由体位助产护理,对护理效果进行比较.结果 剖宫产率研究组更低,自然分娩率研究组更高,两组比较,统计学差异显著,P<0.05;产程时间比较,第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间更短的组别为研究组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组产后出血量少于对照组,分娩控制感评分、新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,产后疼痛评分研究组低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组分娩风险事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 在护理分娩的初产妇时,运用自由体位联合分娩球护理方案可提升产妇的自然分娩率,缩短产妇的产程时间,降低术后出血量,使产妇的产后疼痛减轻,且不会影响到母婴健康,并能有效降低分娩风险,有临床运用以及推广的意义.Objective To evaluate the clinical intervention effect of using delivery balls and free position midwifery nursing for primiparous women during delivery.Method In this study,140 primiparous women admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The primiparous women were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method,namely the study group and the control group.The control group received routine midwifery care,while the study group received delivery ball combined with free body position midwifery care.There were 70 cases in each group,and the nursing effects were compared.Result The cesarean section rate in the study group was lower,while the natural delivery rate in the study group was higher,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,P<0.05;the study group was divided into the first stage,second stage,third stage,and total stage of labor with shorter duration,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the delivery control score and neonatal Apgar score were higher than those in the control group,the maternal pain score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of childbirth risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion When caring for primiparous women during childbirth,the use of a free body position combined with delivery ball nursing plan can improve the natural delivery rate of the mother,shorten the delivery process time of the mother,reduce postoperative bleeding,reduce postpartum pain of the mother,and will not affect the health of the mother and baby.It will effectively reduce the risk of childbirth,and has clinical application and promotion significance.
