摘　　要：目的 探讨吴茱萸热熨法在促进剖宫产术后肛门排气方面的方法及效果.方法 研究选取高安市中医院2020年1月-2023年1月收治的72例剖宫产术后患者,随机将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各36例.实验组采用吴茱萸热熨法进行腹部热熨,对照组采用常规方法.观察指标包括肛门排气时间、排气成功率、肛门排气相关并发症发生率、术后肠功能恢复时间和患者满意度.结果 经过护理干预后发现,实验组在各项观察指标方面,均好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 吴茱萸热熨法能够有效促进剖宫产术后肛门排气,缩短排气时间,提高排气成功率,减少肛门排气相关并发症发生率,加快术后肠功能恢复,提高患者满意度,在临床护理中具有良好的应用价值.Objective This study was to investigate the effect and method of hot ironing of Evodia officinalis in promoting anal exhaust after cesarean section.Methods A total of 72 patients with cesarean section treated in Gaoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with hot ironing of Evodia officinalis,while the control group was treated with conventional ironing.The outcome measures included anal exhaust time,exhaust success rate,incidence of complications related to anal exhaust,postoperative intestinal function recovery time and patient satisfaction.Results After nursing intervention,it was found that the experimental group was better than the control group in all the observation indexes,the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot ironing of Evodia can effectively promote anal exhaust after cesarean section,shorten the exhaust time,improve the success rate of exhaust,reduce the incidence of complications related to anal exhaust,accelerate the recovery of postoperative intestinal function and improve patient satisfaction.It has good application value in clinical nursing.
