摘  要:目的探讨音频健康教育对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响.方法选取安庆市精神病医院2021年8月-2022年6月收治的40例男性精神分裂症患者,按1∶1配对设计分为观察组和对照组.观察组在实施常规健康教育模式下加用音频健康教育,对照组只采用常规健康教育方式,比较护理干预前及4周后两组患者Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)及精神疾病内化病耻感量表(ISMI)评分变化.结果护理干预4周后,观察组患者用药依从率(90.00%)与对照组患者用药依从率(60.00%)比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组患者ISMI评分也有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论对精神分裂症患者加用音频健康教育后,患者对自身疾病的认知明显提高,其用药依从率也明显提高,病耻感显著降低.Objective To explore the effect of audio health education on the treatment of schizophrenia patients.Methods 40 male patients with schizophrenia admited to our hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to 1:1 matching design.The observation group was given audio health education under the routine health education mode,while the control group was given only the routine health education mode.The score changes of Morisky medication compliance Questionnaire(MMAS-8)and internalized stigma Scale(ISMI)were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after the nursing intervention.Results After 4 weeks of nursing intervention,the medication compliance rate of patients in the observation group(90.00%)and control group(60.00%)had a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the ISMI score of patients in the two groups also had a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After the use of audio health education for schizophrenia patients,the patients'understanding of their own disease is significantly improved,the medication compliance rate is also significantly improved,and the stigma is significantly reduced.
