改良足部穴位艾灸疗法干预脑外手术患者术中低体温的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良足部穴位艾灸疗法干预脑外手术患者术中低体温的临床效果.方法 选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2021年1月-2022年12月择期行脑外手术的患者88例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例);对照组予常规干预,观察组予改良足部穴位艾灸疗法干预;对比两组体温、围术期相关指标、低体温与寒颤发生情况及手术部位感染情况.结果 观察组术中30min、术中60min、术毕时体温较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中30min时足末梢皮肤温度较对照组高,术中出血量较对照组低,术中寒颤消退时间、术中寒冷感觉消失时间、术后复苏时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中低体温与寒颤、手术部位感染发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 改良足部穴位艾灸疗法干预脑外手术患者可减少术中低体温与寒颤发生,促使患者尽快苏醒,且可降低手术部位感染发生率.Objective To explore the clinical effect of improved foot acupoint moxibustion therapy on intervening intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing extracerebral surgery.Method 88 patients who underwent extracerebral surgery at the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)using a random number table method;the control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received improved foot acupoint moxibustion therapy intervention;compare the body temperature,perioperative related indicators,incidence of hypothermia and chills,and surgical site infections between the two groups.Results Showed that the body temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 30 minutes,60 minutes,and after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05);at 30 minutes during surgery,the skin temperature of the foot endings in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was lower than that in the control group,the time for the disappearance of shivers during surgery,the time for the disappearance of cold sensation during surgery,and the postoperative recovery time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,chills,and surgical site infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved foot acupoint moxibustion therapy can reduce intraoperative hypothermia and chills in patients undergoing extracerebral surgery,promote early recovery,and reduce the incidence of surgical site infections.
