摘 要:在复杂城市环境的情况下,框构桥的顶进施工能有效减少施工过程对城市交通的影响,但是也需要考虑施工对已有管线和桥路的影响。该文根据某工程实例,基于Midas Civil有限元软件,在城市管线复杂下穿铁路的情况下提出一种顶进施工前已有线路加固的方案,为复杂城市环境下顶进施工方案的设计提供参考。有限元计算结果表明走行轨为不同工况下最危险的构件,其最大弯曲应力和最大剪切应力分别为37.4 N/mm2<[σ]=140 N/mm2和43.6 N/mm2<[τ]=80 N/mm2,满足相关规范要求。同时各杆件的挠度均未超过1 cm,故不会出现危险变形的情况。基于有限元的计算结果,可以判断线路加固结构能够保证施工的顺利进行。In the complex urban environment,the jacking construction of frame bridge can effectively reduce the impact of the construction process on urban traffic,but also need to consider the impact of construction on existing pipelines and bridges.Based on a project example and Midas Civil finite element software,this paper puts forward a reinforcement scheme for existing lines before jacking construction in the case of complex urban pipelines running through railway,it provides reference for design of jacking construction scheme in complex urban environment.The results of finite element calculation show that the track is the most dangerous component under different working conditions,and its maximum bending stress and maximum shear stress are 37.4 N/mm2<[σ]=140 N/mm2 and 43.6 N/mm2<[τ]=80 N/mm2 respectively,which meet the requirements of relevant codes.At the same time,the deflection of each member is less than 1 cm,so there is no dangerous deformation.Based on the results of finite element analysis,it can be concluded that the reinforcement structure can guarantee the smooth construction.
