数字化图书馆建设下智慧服务发展分析——基于用户使用意愿影响因素实证研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】为提升图书馆智慧服务的自动化服务水平,对影响图书馆智慧服务用户使用意愿的相关因素展开研究,旨在推动图书馆的数字化和智慧化发展。【方法/过程】结合图书馆智慧服务实证调查,并通过结构方程建模对图书馆智慧服务用户使用意愿的相关影响因素进行分析,探究不同条件对图书馆智慧服务用户使用意愿的影响情况。【结果/结论】获得期望、服务易得程度、服务信任程度、互动体验、自我效能感对用户的使用意愿有正面影响,而使用风险、社群影响、个人特质则间接影响用户的使用意愿。在此基础上,针对数字化图书馆建设提出图书馆智慧服务发展策略,为促进图书馆数字化和自动化服务提质升级提供参考。[Purpose/significance]In order to improve the automation service level of library smart services,this study investigates the relevant factors that affect the willingness of library smart service users to use,with the aim of promoting the digital and intelligent development of libraries.[Method/process]The paper combines empirical surveys of library smart services,and analyzes the relevant influencing factors of library smart service users'willingness to use through structural equation modeling,exploring the impact of different conditions on library smart service users'willingness to use.[Result/conclusion]Obtaining expectations,accessibility of services,trust in services,interactive experience,and self-efficacy have a positive impact on users'willingness to use,while usage risk,community influence,and personal traits indirectly affect users'willingness to use.On this basis,the development strategy of library smart services is proposed for the construction of digital libraries,providing reference for promoting the upgrading of digital and automated services in libraries.
