摘 要:提出一种用于航空发动机压气机级间方向场测试的叶型方向探针测试方案,叶型方向探针直接将方向测头集成在叶片前缘。描述了叶型方向探针气动特性仿真计算、强度仿真计算及相关的结构可靠性验证过程;并且针对该叶型方向探针,设计了专用校准方案,在标准风洞上进行了气动特性校准试验,成功获取了校准曲线。该叶型方向探针具有结构简单、安全可靠、对级间流场扰动小等优点,在发动机压气机部件试验中获得了成功应用,满足试验需求。A profile probe measurement concept for aero-engine interstage direction field measurement was studied.The sensor of the probe was integrated on the leading edge.The aerodynamic characteristics simulation calculation,strength simulation calculation and reliability verification process of the profile direction probe were presented.A special calibration scheme was designed for the probe,and the aerodynamic characteristics calibration test was carried out in the standard wind tunnel.The calibration curve was obtained successfully.The probe is not only simple in structure,and also reliable.It has little impact on interstage filed.The profile probe has been successfully applied in the test of aero-engine compressor components and achieved all the test goals.
