摘 要:为支撑发动机试车后变色Ti60合金压气机叶盘使用安全性评估,研究了Ti60合金在420~720℃温度范围内的氧化变色规律,并探索了长期高温氧化对组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:经过氧化处理,Ti60合金表面形成多种不同氧化色,变色规律为浅黄色-深黄色-黄褐色-紫色-蓝色-淡蓝色-粉灰色;试样经600℃、长达100 h氧化后表面仍为蓝色,由于表面氧化层及内部析出相影响,其室温拉伸强度及疲劳极限提高、塑性降低,120℃拉伸塑性获得一定恢复,仍可满足设计要求。In order to support the safety evaluation of the discolored Ti60 alloy compressor blade disk after aero-engine test,the oxidation discoloration regulation of Ti60 alloy was studied by oxidation test in the temperature range of 420~720℃,and the effect of long-term high temperature thermal exposure on mechanical properties of materials and blades was explored.The results show that a variety of different oxidation colors are formed on the surface of Ti60 alloy samples after oxidation treatment.The discoloration regulation is“light yellow-dark yellow-reddish brown-purple-blue-light blue-pink gray”with increasing temperature.The sample surface remains blue after 100 hours of oxidation at 600℃.Due to the influence of surface oxide layer and internal precipitated phase,the tensile strength and fatigue limit at room temperature increase and the plasticity decreases.It is noteworthy that the tensile plasticity restores to a certain level at 120℃,which can meets the design requirements.
