摘  要:潘庄区块15号煤底板下23.5m奥灰水处于带压状态,底板一旦破坏后,奥灰水在导水构造和高水压的作用下突冒。在钻井过程中井底发生涌水,水流经井筒向上在3号煤层通过裂缝涌入远端的煤矿巷道,造成煤矿停工紧急疏散井下30多人的复杂情况。在垂深较浅的井筒内无法通过液柱压力平衡3.6MPa的井底压力,反而会加剧3号煤层的漏失。通过对煤系地层地质、水文分析,判断漏失特征及井下复杂程度,提出新的综合堵漏方案,判断分析随机应变,成功解决井漏巷道涌水问题,为复杂地层提供一种堵漏方法。Ordovician limestone water at a depth of 23.5 meters under the floor of No.15 Coal Seam in Panzhuang Block is under pressure.Once the floor is damaged,Ordovician limestone water suddenly emerges under the influence of water diversion structures and high water pressure.The water flows upward through the shaft and into the coal mine roadway at the far end of the No.3 Coal Seam through the cracks,resulting in a complex situation of coal mine shutdown and emergency evacuation of more than 30 people underground.In the shallower vertical wellbore,the inability to balance the bottom hole pressure of 3.6Mpa through the liquid column pressure may exacerbate the leakage of the No.3 coal seam.The paper analyzes the geological and hydrological characteristics of the coal-bearing strata to determine the characteristics of the leakage and the complexity of the underground,proposes a new comprehensive plugging plan,judges and analyzes the adaptability,and successfully solves the problem of water inflow in the leakage roadway,providing a plugging method for complex formations.
