摘　　要：走向依法治理是依法治国基本方略在档案工作领域的具体体现,也是通向档案事业现代化的必由之路。《中华人民共和国档案法实施条例》在国家档案法规体系中发挥着承上衔下的关键性功能,其颁布实施有助于完善我国档案法规体系,并从治理体制、治理主体、治理对象和治理工具四个维度为我国档案工作走向依法治理奠定坚实的法治基础。Manage according to law is the concrete embodiment of the law-based governance of State in the field of archive work and is also the way to lead to the modernization of archive cause.The Regulations on the Implementation of People's Republic of China(PRC)Archives Law plays a key role in the archive regulatory system,and its promulgation and implementation will help improve archive regulatory system,and lay a solid legal foundation for archive work to manage according to law from the four dimensions of governance system,governance subject,governance object and governance tools.
