摘　　要：脱贫攻坚档案是打赢脱贫攻坚战,贯彻精准扶贫方略的真实记录,是党中央带领全国各族人民消除贫困、改善民生、全面建成小康社会的历史见证。梳理十八大以来国家及部分省市发布的相关政策,以脱贫攻坚档案工作的实际案例出发,探索扶贫档案管理的实施路径:一是统筹规划、部门协同、基层实施并进;二是细化操作细则,规范档案工作各个环节;三是依托信息技术,推进脱贫攻坚数据整合利用,并从经济、情感、教育、宣传四个方面对脱贫攻坚档案工作的未来走向提出见解。Poverty alleviation archives are the real records of winning the battle against poverty and implementing the strategy of precise poverty alleviation,and they are the historical witnesses of the CPC Central Committee leading the people of all ethnic groups in the country to eliminate poverty,improve people's livelihoods,and build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.This paper combs through the relevant policies issued by the state and some provinces and municipalities since the 18th National Congress,and explores the implementation path of poverty alleviation archive management from the actual case of poverty alleviation archive work:firstly,integrated planning,departmental synergy,and grass-roots level implementation go hand in hand;secondly,it is to refine the operation rules and standardize each link of archive work;thirdly,it is to promote the integration and utilization of poverty alleviation data based on information technology and to promote poverty alleviation data integration and utilization,and provide insights into the future direction of poverty alleviation archives from four aspects:economy,emotion,education and propaganda.
