摘　　要：目的探讨早孕期羊膜带综合征(ABS)胎儿的产前超声诊断学特征。方法回顾性分析2020年1月7日于莱州市妇幼保健院超声科行产前超声检查并经引产证实的1例13^(+6)周ABS胎儿的产前超声资料,并复习文献。结果早孕期ABS超声表现为胎儿左上肢及双足活动受限,右上肢缺如,羊膜腔内探及多条纤细的线状羊膜带回声及与之相连的片状羊膜回声,羊膜带线状回声分别与左手指及双足趾末端相连。结论掌握ABS的产前超声诊断学特征,可提高其产前早期检出率和诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic features of amniotic band syndrome(ABS)in early pregnancy.Methods The prenatal ultrasound data of a case of a 13^(+6)-week-old fetus with ABS,who was confirmed by induced abortion at the Ultrasound Department of Laizhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital on January 7,2020,were retrospectively analyzed,and the literature was reviewed.Results The prenatal ultrasonic diagnostic features of ABS in early pregnancy included limited movement of the left upper limb and feet of the fetus,absence of the right upper limb.In the amniotic cavity multiple slender linear echoes of the amniotic band and the contiguous amniotic sheets were detected,which were connected to the ends of the left finger and both toes respectively.Conclusion Grasping the prenatal ultrasonographic features of ABS in the first trimester may be helpful in improving the eally detection and diagnosis.
