摘 要:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定牙膏中乙二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇等3种醇类物质分析方法。牙膏样品经超纯水提取,加入无水乙醇抑制泡沫产生,采用溶剂放空进样模式,经气相色谱串联质谱检测,外标法对牙膏中醇类物质目标物进行定量。结果表明牙膏中3种醇类物质在聚乙二醇为固定相的毛细管柱上得到良好的分离,线性相关系数均大于0.995,回收率在86.7%~94.1%,检出限范围为0.18 mg/kg~0.20mg/kg,定量限范围为0.46 mg/kg~0.50 mg/kg。该方法简单,适用于牙膏中醇类物质的检测,为牙膏质量控制提供技术支持。A method of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was established for simultaneous determination of three alcohols in toothpaste,including ethylene glycol,diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol.The toothpaste sample was extracted with ultrapure water,and anhydrous ethanol was added to inhibit the formation of foam.Then it was detected by GC-MS/MS with the injection technique of solvent vent mode,and the external standard method was used to quantitatively analyze the target alcohols in the toothpaste.The results showed that,the three alcohols in toothpaste were well separated on the polyethylene glycol capillary column.The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995,and the recoveries were between 86.7%~94.1%.The limits of detection(LODs)were in the range of 0.18~0.20 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were in the range of 0.46~0.50 mg/kg.This method was simple and suitable for the detection of alcohols in toothpastes,which provided technical support for quality control.
