摘　　要：海上油田在开发过程中,个别井槽因油藏衰竭或套损原因需对浅部套管处理后侧钻新井眼,当前套管处理主要通过分段套铣、切割、打捞、磨铣等技术手段,因受海洋环保、井控规范要求及工具自身不足限制,常规套铣作业中经常出现铁屑返出困难、钻具蹩扭矩、套劈套管、隔水导管鞋漏失、套管切割后拔不断等问题。针对以上问题,新研制了一种水泥环破坏器,该工具通过管串的旋转和液压来激活滚轮机构,该滚轮机构可以使套管发生弹性形变,从而挤压套管外的水泥环,打破水泥胶结,甚至将水泥破碎成小块,从而减少套管回收过程中的轴向阻力。主要对水泥环破坏器的结构和原理、作业步骤以及实验测试进行了介绍,该工具的应用有效提高了海上油田浅层处理套管的作业效率和安全性,具有广阔的应用前景。During the development of offshore oil fields,shallow casing treatment is required for individual well slots due to reservoir depletion or casing damage,and new holes are drilled laterally.At present,casing treatment is mainly through subsection casing mill-ing,cutting,fishing,milling and other technical means.Due to the limitation of Marine environmental protection,well control specifi-cation and tool's own shortage,problems often occur in conventional casing milling operation,such as difficult iron filings return,torque loss of drilling tool,casing splitting,leakage of water riser shoe,and continuous pulling of casing after cutting.In view of the above problems,a new cement ring breaker is developed.The tool uses the rotation of the string and hydraulic pressure to activate the roller mechanism,which can make the casing elastic deformation so as to squeeze the cement ring outside the casing,break the ce-ment bond,and even break the cement into small pieces,thereby reducing the axial resistance during casing recovery.The structure,principle,operation procedure and experimental test of the breaker are introduced.The application of this tool can effectively improve the operation efficiency and safety of shallow treatment casing in offshore oil field,and has a broad application prospect.
