摘  要:辽宁省是我国重要的工业基地,碳排放管理对地区经济发展和双碳目标的实现至关重要。该研究分析了辽宁省各地市碳排放特征、森林植被全口径碳汇能力和森林植被全口径碳汇的碳中和能力,结果表明:在碳排放结构中,工业能源和工业过程碳排放占比较大,2020年占直接碳排放总量的87%。在空间上,各地市碳排放量、人均碳排放量和单位GDP碳排放量表现出明显的不均衡,大连、鞍山、沈阳和营口4市直接碳排放量总和约占全省直接碳排放量的一半,各地级市的人均直接碳排放量均高于沈阳;2020年辽宁省森林植被全口径固碳量1938.55万t∙a^(-1),占辽宁省直接碳排放总量的12.82%,其中丹东、抚顺和本溪3市森林植被固碳量较高,占全省森林植被固碳量的44.94%;参照国家核证自愿减排量抵销碳排放配额,沈阳市、营口市、盘锦市森林植被全口径碳汇量不能充分抵消碳排放配额,大连市、鞍山市、锦州市和辽阳市生态系统碳吸收量与碳排放配额抵销量基本平衡;丹东市森林碳汇交易潜力最大,占全省森林植被可交易固碳量的1/4。该研究结果可为辽宁省森林植被碳中和评估与森林碳汇交易提供参考。Liaoning Province is an important industrial base in China.Carbon emission management is crucial to regional economic development and realization of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality goals.The carbon emission characteristics of cities in Liaoning Province,the carbon sink of all forest vegetation resources and their carbon neutralization capacity were analyzed in the present study.In terms of carbon emission structure,the carbon emissions of industrial energy and industrial process occupied a relatively large proportion,which accounted for 87%of the total direct carbon emissions in 2020.In terms of spatial distribution,total carbon emissions,carbon emissions per capita and carbon emissions per unit GDP of different cities showed obvious imbalance.The total direct carbon emissions of Dalian,Anshan,Shenyang and Yingkou accounted for about half of the total direct carbon emissions of Liaoning Province,and the direct carbon emissions per capita of other cities were all higher than that of Shenyang.In 2020,the total carbon sequestration of all forest vegetation resources in Liaoning Province was19.3855 million t∙a^(-1),accounted for 12.82%of the total direct carbon emissions in Liaoning Province,and the carbon sequestration of forest vegetation in Dandong,Fushun and Benxi were the highest,which accounted for 44.94%of the total carbon sequestration of all forest vegetation resources in Liaoning Province.According to the national certification of voluntary emission reduction to offset carbon emission quota,the carbon sink of all forest vegetation resources in Shenyang,Yingkou and Panjin could not fully offset their carbon emission quota.In Dalian,Anshan,Jinzhou and Liaoyang,the amount of ecosystem carbon absorbed and carbon emission quota offset were basically balanced.It had the largest forest carbon sink trading potential in Dandong,accounted for a quarter of the forest vegetation tradable carbon sequestration in Liaoning Province.The results can provide reference for forest vegetation carbon neutralization assessmen
