摘 要:针对矿井多水源复杂并联水泵工况点的求解,从水泵输水系统的能量平衡分析,结合泰勒公式及矩阵求解法,提出一种新的水泵工况点数解法,通过该方法可准确地求出水泵工况点,尤其是对多水源供水,泵后管道连接复杂、多泵并联的水泵工况点求解,该方法相对于图解法和传统数解法更加简便快捷,将复杂并联水泵工况点的图解法采用数解法替代后转化成编程,便于泵站高效智能化调速控制。Aiming at the solution of the working point of the complex parallel pump with multiple water sources in the mine,from the energy balance analysis of the pump water supply system,combined with the Taylor formula and the matrix solution method,a new method for solving the working point of the pump is proposed.Through this method,the working point of the pump can be accurately solved,especially for the multi-source water supply and the complex connection of the pipeline after the pump.The method is simpler and faster than the graphical method and the traditional numerical method.The graphical method of the working point of the complex parallel pump is replaced by the numerical method and transformed into programming,which is convenient for the efficient and intelligent speed control of the pumping station.
