摘  要:依托上海浦东沿海地区某大型地下工程,开展了不同膨润土浆液配比的80 m级超深CSM等厚度水泥土搅拌墙施工,通过取芯检测的墙体抗压强度和渗透系数,分析了膨润土掺量对28 d和45 d墙体质量参数的影响。结果表明:随着膨润土掺量的增加,墙体的强度经历了先增后减的变化,当掺量在5%之间时,增长速度迅速增加,但值得注意的是,当掺量大于5%,增长速度出现了降低;膨润土可降低墙体的渗透能力,但随着养护时间加长,墙体的渗透系数又出现了明显的增长。采用功效系数法对不同膨润土掺量的墙体质量进行综合分析,结果表明膨润土掺量为5%时的墙体质量最佳。Based on a large underground project in the coastal area of Pudong,Shanghai,the construction of 80 m-level ultra-deep CSM cement-soil mixing wall with uniform thickness was carried out by using different bentonite slurry proportions,and the influence of bentonite content on the quality parameters of 28 d and 45 d wall was analyzed through the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of the wall tested by coring.The results show that with the increase of bentonite content,the strength of the wall increases first and then decreases.When the bentonite content is less than 5%,the growth rate increases rapidly,but it is worth noting that when the bentonite content is more than 5%,the growth rate decreases;bentonite can reduce the permeability of the wall,but with the increase of curing time,the permeability coefficient of the wall increases significantly.The performance coefficient method is used to comprehensively analyze the quality of the wall with different bentonite contents,and the results show that the wall quality is the best when the bentonite content is 5%.
