摘　　要：城市更新并非简单的拆改新建,其核心已经扩展到城市空间形态、功能体系及产业结构的整治和提升等方面。此类项目存在投资金额大、工期长、不确定因素多等难题。通过对实际案例的分析,确定全过程造价管理的目标,找到全过程造价管理应用的方法和要点,为类似工程提供参考。Urban renewal is not a simple demolition,renovation and new construction,and its core has been extended to the rectification and improvement of urban spatial form,functional system and industrial structure.There are many problems in such projects,such as large investment,long construction period and many uncertain factors.Through the analysis of the actual case,the goal of the whole process cost management is determined,and the methods and key points of the whole process cost management application are found,which can provide reference for similar projects.
