摘　　要：文物保护建筑和优秀历史建筑是城市的建筑文化资源,具有不可再生性,必须在保护的基础上进行修缮更新。通过对上海某历史保护建筑修缮工程研究,对拆除、结构加固、室外综合管线、室外登高作业、成品保护、交通组织、修缮样板等施工管理问题进行探讨,提出了相应对策,确保工程施工管理和修缮质量安全处于受控状态。Cultural relics protection buildings and excellent historical buildings are the architectural and cultural resources of the city,which are non-renewable and must be renovated on the basis of protection.According to the research on the renovation engineering of some historical protection building in Shanghai,the paper explores some construction management problems,including the demolition,the structural reinforcement,the outdoor integrated pipeline,outdoor climbing operation,protection of finished product,traffic organization,and repair model,and points out some corresponding countermeasures,so as to ensure the construction management and repair quality safety under control.
