摘　　要：为优化濒海超深地下工程劳务管理的专业化和规范化水平、提升施工项目管理的整体效率和质量,通过提出三级劳务管理体系、推行劳务实名制系统、实施线上安全教育等方式,实现对施工项目人员的精细化管理。在上海浦东机场南区地下交通枢纽及配套工程项目中对该模式进行的实践验证表明,该模式可以有效地提高施工项目人员管理的效率和精度,降低安全风险事故发生的概率,该管理模型对优化施工项目人员管理具有重要的实践指导意义和理论价值。In order to optimize the specialization and standardization level of labor service management in coastal ultra-deep underground engineering,and improve the overall efficiency and quality of construction project management,a three-level labor service management system is proposed,a real-name labor service system is implemented,and online safety education is implemented to realize the fine management of construction project personnel.The practical verification of the model in the underground transportation hub and supporting engineering project of Shanghai Pudong Airport South District shows that the model can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction project personnel management,and reduce the probability of safety risk accidents.The management model has important practical significance and theoretical value for optimizing construction project personnel management.
