摘 要:针对水闸底板、墩墙大体积混凝土施工期裂缝控制问题,构建了考虑冷却水效应的温控数学模型、研发了智能通水装置和温控系统,形成了一种基于智能通水的大体积混凝土温控方法。以吴淞江工程(上海段)苏州河西闸工程为例,在水闸底板和墩墙浇筑过程中成功应用该方法实时调节冷却水、控制混凝土浇筑温度,取得了良好的温控效果,相关经验可供类似工程参考。Aiming at the crack control problem of mass concrete of sluice base plate and pier wall during construction period,the temperature control mathematical model considering cooling water effect is constructed,the intelligent water supply device and temperature control system are developed,and a mass concrete temperature control method based on intelligent water supply is formed.Taking Suzhou Hexi sluice project of Wusong River Project(Shanghai section)as an example,this method is successfully applied in the pouring process of sluice bottom plate and pier wall to regulate cooling water and control concrete pouring temperature in real time,and good temperature control effect is achieved,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
