摘  要:以上海北横通道下穿上海地铁10号线为例,介绍超大直径泥水平衡盾构机穿越运营地铁的施工技术措施,着重对穿越过程中所采取的一些关键技术进行分析,认为盾构推进时采取适当降低切口压力、填充适量的克泥效、增大同步注浆填充量、穿越后微扰动注浆等措施,对在建隧道本身及穿越段运营地铁运行稳定、安全有较好的效果。Taking the Shanghai Beiheng Passage undercrossing Shanghai Metro Line 10 as an example,this paper introduces the technical measures for the construction of super-large diameter slurry shield passing through the metro in operation,and emphatically analyzes some key technologies adopted in the process of crossing.It is considered that the following measures should be taken to ensure the stability and safety of the tunnel under construction and the operation of the subway in the crossing section,such as appropriately reducing the incision pressure,filling an appropriate amount of anti-clay agent,increasing the filling amount of synchronous grouting,and achieving micro-disturbance grouting after crossing.
