托法替布治疗甲扁平苔藓一例

摘　　要：甲扁平苔藓目前缺乏标准的治疗方案,传统治疗因剧烈疼痛等不良反应和疗效不佳而使用受限。托法替布是一种口服小分子JAK抑制剂,抑制所有JAKs但优先抑制JAK1和JAK3。本文报道JAK抑制剂托法替布治疗甲扁平苔藓有效一例。There is no standard treatment scheme for lichen planus nail at present,and traditional treatment is limited due to severe pain and other side effects and poor efficacy.Tofacitinib is an oral,small-molecule JAK inhibitor that inhibits all JAKs,especially JAK1 and JAK3.We reported a case with lichen planus successfully treated by tofacitinib.
