摘　　要：假上皮瘤样肉芽肿是一种反应性上皮细胞异常增殖,多继发于创伤、炎症或感染等。烧伤创面继发假上皮瘤样病变较为罕见,本文2例患者为烫伤、烧伤后外用中药制剂后诱发,外观呈“菜花样”,类似恶性肿瘤,易误诊。给予手术彻底清创联合厚中厚皮片移植,术后2周创面封闭,效果良好。Pseudoepitheliomatous granuloma is a kind of abnormal proliferation of reactive epithelial cells,which is secondary to trauma,inflammation or infection.Pseudepithelioma-like lesions secondary to burn wounds are rare.The two patients in this paper were both induced by topical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,with a“cauliflower-like”appearance,similar to malignant tumors,and easy to be misdiagnosed.The wound was closed 2 weeks after surgery by complete debridement combined with thick split thickness skin graft.
