摘　　要：Background Big data challenges In the late 1980s and early 1990s,three major international biological data centers were created:the DNA Database of Japan(DDBJ)[1],the European Bioinformatics Institute(EMBL-EBI)in the United Kingdom(UK)[2],and the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)in the United States(US)[3].
