利妥昔单抗治疗温抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者的研究进展

摘　　要：利妥昔单抗在温抗体型自身免疫性溶血性贫血(wAIHA)患者一、二线治疗,联合治疗,以及复发/难治性wAIHA(R/R wAIHA)患者治疗中,均显示良好疗效,可以提高患者缓解率。利妥昔单抗作用于CD20诱导B细胞凋亡,并影响细胞因子的分泌,发挥免疫调节作用,从而达到治疗wAIHA的目的。笔者就wAIHA的发病机制、利妥昔单抗的作用机制及利妥昔单抗治疗wAIHA患者的研究进展进行综述,旨在为wAIHA患者的治疗提供参考。Rituximab has shown good efficacy in the first-and second-line treatment,and combined therapy of patients with warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia(wAIHA),as well as the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory wAIHA(R/R wAIHA),which and can improve the patient′s remission rate.Rituximab acts on CD20 to induce B-cell apoptosis and affects cytokine secretion to play an immunomodulatory role,thus achieving treatment.This article reviews the research progress of pathogenesis of wAIHA,mechanism of action of rituximab and treatment of wAIHA patients with rituximab,aiming to provide a reference for the treatment of wAIHA patients.
