摘  要:中共新闻教育约自1939年正式起步,至1949年中华人民共和国成立累计培养、训练了数千名学员,其中女性占据一定比例。本研究查证确切姓名者已逾200人,她们大多来自相对富裕的社会阶层,但出于“参加革命”的动机和当记者、当作家等职业期许,积极投考中共主办的各类“抗大式”新闻教育机构,在接受马克思主义新闻教育的同时,初步完成了政治思想改造和革命实践锻炼。参加工作后,她们展现出较强的新闻业务能力和挣脱性别束缚的自我觉醒意识。垂暮之年,她们又成为建构中共早期新闻教育“集体记忆”的热情参与者。研究她们的成长史、心灵史,对考察革命战争时期认同中共、投奔中共的城乡女性知识青年群体具有重要的样本意义。The journalism education of the CPC officially started in 1939 and trained thousands of students until the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949.Among the students,women accounted for a certain proportion.In this study,more than 200 women have been identified with real names.Although most of them came from a relatively rich social class background,they shared a passion for“participating in the revolution”and an expectation to become professional journalists or writers.They actively enrolled in various journalism education institutions sponsored by the CPC.During the short-term training in Marxist journalism,these female students initially underwent the political and ideological reform and training in revolutionary practices.Once they were assigned to work,they showed strong journalistic ability,as well as self-awakening to overcome gender-based constraints.In their elderly years,they became enthusiastic participants in constructing the“collective memory”of the CPC's early journalism education.By examining their professional and spiritual growths,they have presented important samples for the study of urban and rural young intellectual women who accepted and embraced the CPC during the revolutionary war.
