摘　　要：本文基于2004—2011年中国工业企业数据、中国海关数据与中国工业污染源重点调查企业数据,采用双重差分法考察了绿色信贷政策对企业出口产品范围的影响。结果表明:绿色信贷政策会缩减高污染企业的出口产品范围,并在环境信息披露和环境规制强度较高的城市,以及高债务杠杆和国有企业中更为明显。提高利息负担、降低信贷规模和增加治污成本是绿色信贷政策缩减高污染企业出口产品范围的重要机制。绿色信贷政策还能通过在位企业间资源重置与企业进入效应实现资源再配置,总体缩减高污染行业的出口产品范围。此外,绿色信贷政策对高污染企业出口产品范围的缩减效应会带来企业整体污染前端治理、出口产品质量升级和价格下降,有效“贷”动企业绿色发展。本研究对落实绿色金融政策、推进出口贸易优化升级和经济绿色发展等具有一定的参考价值。Based on Chinese industrial enterprise data,Chinese customs data and data from key survey enterprises of Chinese industrial pollution sources from 2004 to 2011,this paper employs difference-in-differences approach to investigate the impact of green credit policy on the export product scope of enterprises.The results show that green credit policy will reduce the export product scope of high polluting enterprises,which is more pronounced in cities with higher environmental information disclosure and environmental regulation intensity,as well as in enterprises with high debt leverage and state-owned enterprises.Increasing interest burden,reducing credit scale and increasing pollution control costs are important mechanisms for green credit policy to reduce the export product scope of high polluting enterprises.The green credit policy also achieves resource reallocation through resource reset among incumbent enterprises and enterprise entry effects,and over-all reduces the export product scope in high polluting industries.In addition,the reduction effect of green credit policy on the export product scope of high polluting enterprises will bring about overall pollution front-end treatment,upgrading the export product quality and price reduction,effectively“lending”to promote the green development of enterprises.This study has certain reference value for implementing green finance policies,promoting the optimization and upgrading of export trade and promoting green economic development.
